Mrs. Partida along with all other GES Staff/Family have embraced PBIS and that we expect every student and staff member to SOAR. We have introduced HAWK of week for a student from each class who represents what it is to SOAR and is attendance daily. Mrs. Partida took the HAWK of the week to the next level and has it posted on the outside of her classroom door. Recently, a student who was recognized as Hawk of the Week asked me to come look at his poster. He was so proud, and the other students are motivated by it too.
