NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Education Code section 17545 the Governing Board of the Gustine Unified School District is calling for and will receive bids for the sale of one (1) (16W X 40L) Mobile home building located at 13500 W. Luis Rd. Santa Nella, CA 95322. Sold as is condition. The buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and expense for removal and transportation of Mobile home. Bidders may arrange for an inspection of the Mobile home by contacting Mr. Russell Hazan at 209-587-0561. Minimum bid = $5,500.00. Sealed bids shall be received in the District Office at 1500 Meredith Ave. Gustine, CA 95322 no later than at 2:00 p.m. on July 13, 2021. Bids shall be opened at 12:00 p.m. on July 14, 2021.
Bids shall be for cash only and the successful bidder shall present a certified check for the amount of the bid within five (5) workdays of the Bid Opening.

April 21, 2021 Teacher Negotiations Update -
The District and GRTA held their second negotiations meeting on April 21, 2021, to continue to bargain in good faith for the 2020-2021 school year. Both negotiation sessions have been productive. The District looks forward to reconvening negotiations with GRTA on May 19, 2021.
